Kashmiri tea, also called noon chai (when salted) or pindi chai (when sweetened), is a wonderful spiced tea famous for its pink color. I will not lie, this is not the easiest tea to make. It takes approximately 2 hours, but the reward of a bright pink tea makes it all worthwhile. Unfortunately, clear, concise English directions are hard to come by. So, after weeks of experimentation I have produced this article.
