Ft. Worth Japanese Gardens – Explorations of Nature 2

Frankly, the seasons are slow to change.  As such, there are only so many landscape shots one can take of a 7.5 acre garden.  So, I have been experimenting with more portraits.

There is still so much color in the gardens.

This tree has an unusual little, but very bright red flower.

Bright red Maple.

Even the browned flowers are subtly beautiful.

And, a new round of roses has bloomed.

This bonsai tree invites the bleakness of winter.

There are a few leaves that refuse to fall.

The place is brimming with bright red berries.

And blue ones as well.

The garden has little treasures tucked away throughout.

This cover is usually a dark green; but, apparently turns a vibrant purple.
